2. When I order a custom-made item, can I request flowers or other images to be used that do not appear in the Photo Gallery?
Yes! Feel free to request any type of flower or image. We will do our best to accomodate all requests.
3. Can I request a custom-made design on a photo album?
Yes! We will try to accomodate any request we receive. Almost any surface you can think of can be hand-painted. Please e-mail us with your ideas and we'll contact you with a price quote.

4. Can I have my flower pot personalized?
Yes! Flower pots along with the other great products available here can be personalized for FREE!! Visit the Custom-order page to make your personalization requests.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
It will typically take 2-4 weeks to process your order and have it shipped. Please note that larger orders will need additional time.
6. Do you accept personal checks?
Yes, we accept personal checks and money orders. This method of payment will delay the processing of your order. Your check must clear before your purchase item is created and shipped.
7. What is your return policy?
Our Return Policy:
1. Any item may be returned within 14 days to receive a refund of the purchase price given the merchandise is unused and undamaged. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.
2. If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, you can receive a full refund or a new one free of charge.
3. Personalized items are non-refundable.
